What is a Seiko Mod?

A Seiko Mod is a special watch hand-assembled from a prestigious Seiko automatic or hybrid movement, combined with high-quality aftermarket parts, usually made of 316L stainless steel. 

Can I adjust the strap size?

We include acomplimentary tool kit (for free) on all orders to help you adjust the strap properly.

What movements do you use?

We use Seiko automatic movements such as NH34, NH35 NH36, NH38, NH70, NH72, VK63, VK64 and VK61

Recognised globally, these movements ensure flawless function to match your daily pace.

Can I remove Seiko logo?

Absolutely! Simply add the desired watch to your cart and include a note in the cart section saying: "No Seiko logo".We'll take care of the rest.

I like a watch, but i want another strap / dial.

We can create your piece 100% custom-made.Just contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram or Mail and together we'll explore the possibilities. You'll receive a response within 24 hours.

Are you affiliated with Seiko?

No, under no circumstances. 

We use original Seiko automatic movements for their quality and reliability. Each watch is then assembled with custom parts exclusively for each client.

Can I customise my own watch?

Absolutely! We're committed to turning your dream watch into reality. Customize every detail, from the dial and hands to the case and strap, to create a timepiece that perfectly matches your style.

Are they waterproof?

Our watches have a water resistance of 3-4ATM, this mean that they are designed to be water-resistant for everyday situations, such as splashes or rain. However, we do not recommend using them for swimming or diving.

Several factors can affect water resistance, such as an improperly screwed crown, a sudden impact, or a change in temperature.

Lastly, please note that any markings on our dials are purely decorative and do not reflect the actual water resistance level of the watches.

I can't find the watch I'm looking for.

Given the thousands of possible combinations, we can't display them all on our website. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram with the model you're interested in, and we will assemble it as a custom order exclusively for you.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Shipping time

From the moment your order is placed, it goes through a carefully structured process. This includes a processing phase (~2 days), followed by assembly and configuration (~5 days), and a final quality control stage (~3 days) to guarantee that every detail meets our standards.


In total, the production time is approximately 10 workdays before your watch is ready to ship. Once completed, your order is dispatched the following day.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on every order.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination country.

How can I track my order?

Once your watch has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status of your order as it makes its way to you. 

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact us to receive the tracking information.

Do you offer returns?

As each watch is custom-built specifically for your order, standard returns are not offered. This ensures that every piece remains unique and crafted with purpose.

If your watch arrives damaged during shipping, a full unboxing video is required as proof. This video must clearly show the package being opened in its original condition. Please note that claims cannot be accepted once the protective film has been removed without valid video evidence.

In verified cases of defects or shipping damage, we will always provide a fair solution. You can choose between a free replacement watch or a repair or refund, depending on the situation. In such cases, return shipping costs are fully covered by us.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address as soon as your order is getting shippedp. If you do not receive it within 10 workdays, please contact us via email to check if there was an issue with your order. 

Before reaching out, please check your spam or junk folder, as the confirmation may have been redirected there.

Can I cancel my order?

There is a short period between placing your order and beginning its processing. If you contact us via email, WhatsApp or Instagram immediately after placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before it is processed. 

Please note that orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If you contact us after this period, your order will already be in processing or shipping, but you still have the option to return it once it is delivered.

Do they have any type of warranty?

Yes, all our watches come with a 1-years warranty covering any manufacturing defects, particularly in the movement, to ensure optimal performance.
