Refund policy

All of our watches are custom-made and individually assembled based on customer preferences.

Because of this, returns and refunds are not accepted once the order has been placed and production has started.

To be eligible for any claim, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To process your claim, the following is required:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A full unboxing video (from sealed package to opening)

 

Without an unboxing video, claims related to shipping damage cannot be accepted.

If your claim is approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A suitable solution depending on the case

 


 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

Due to the nature of our products, all watches are considered custom products (made-to-order or personalized).

Therefore, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

 

As all watches are made-to-order, exchanges are not available.

If you would like a different model, a new order must be placed.


 

European Union (Custom Products Notice)

As all products are custom-made or personalized, the right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply in accordance with applicable laws for custom goods.

 


 

Refunds

 

Refunds are not offered, except in verified cases of:

  • Damaged items upon delivery

  • Incorrect items received


All claims must be supported with proper evidence, including a full unboxing video.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
